The service was excellent. Absolutely amazing and service. However I wasn’t able to solve the initial problem. With that being said Mark helped me every step of the way in the process of getting the part ordered and getting my car worked on. Much appreciated in times of chaos.
I had an 1130am appointment and stated I would be waiting. I assumed that my vehicle would be started is maintaining around that time frame. My wife stopped by and picked me up for lunch. We got back to the dealership around 1230, my vehicle hadn't even been moved! It wasn't until a asked about it at the service desk around 100pm why, they really didn't say why. I had to wait another hour for them to complete the service. If I book an appointment time I expect the vehicle to be taken in for its service somewhere close to the appointment, that's why I scheduled it!
I called a week in advance to make an appointment for a tire rotation. They said 12:30 was available. I asked how long it takes and they said 1 hour. I brought my car in at 12:30 and had the shuttle take me to a restaurant for lunch. At 1:40, I called for a return ride and asked if my car was done. They said they hadn’t started yet. I was told that the appointment is only for check in and that if I didn’t complain I would have pushed to the end of the day! I’ve never heard of a process like this. I can understand you build in a buffer for a procedure that takes 15 minutes, but to tell me my appointment time is only the check in time and the car would not be serviced until the end of the day is ridiculous! I was told that if you want to be serviced at your appointment time, you need to request that. Maybe you should be more clear that when you make an appointment, it’s only for check in, not for the service and you could possibly be there all day!

Sarah was the complete professional service advisor. She maintained contact with the service technician. And when the work was completed we completed the job and took care of the financial portion. Everything went smooth like clockwork on time. Just as she had told me at the start.
I had to bring it back a second time because one set of tires were not rotated as indicated, then after the second service I had to turn around and go back a third time because the cover for the in cabin air filter was left sitting on top of my dash instead of installed. They had to remove the glovebox to install the cover again before I could finally be finished with my service.

Today was the best service ever! I thought Ford Service was great, but Newbold is the best. Mariah took time to have WI FI in our phones and on the Tundra as well. Very polite and helpful
Today when I checked out the person could not answer my questions regarding the multi point inspection they was fine in my truck. No one seemed to be too interested in helping her or I. I am concerned because the lower ball joint is healing grease and the front cover is seeping and I thought I had that fixed last time I came in. If someone knowledgeable could call me back and explain what needs to be done, I would greatly appreciate that!
