I have been to Newbold for all of my Toyota services. I’ve had Jim as my service representative many times, along with others, and he is truly the best. He is friendly and professional. He does a great job!

When I got into my car there was a parking light that wouldn’t go off so I had to have a service person look at it. They couldn’t get it off either so they ended up driving back to service department. They fixed but it should have been taken care of prior to me paying. I got back in car and all the way home Iam trying to turn radio on and it comes on but not all way and then goes off. Continues to do this several times. I got a new battery installed so I thought that was probably the issue so I called the service department to ask if I could bring the car by tomorrow and have them take a look at to fix? The lady said that I would need to get online and make an appointment for next week when service guys would be there because it’s probably not caused from the battery it’s probably a totally different issue. This is where I got a bit irate because she basically was accusing me of having a damaged radio before I came in. Well before I came to get my car serviced my radio worked fine and if I had any issues with it I would have said something and got it fixed. Toyota needs to fix this issue I paid almost $500 today and you all messed up my stereo system - yes I expect it to be fixed.

Took an hour over estimated time and even though I asked for 2 different fluid replaced and they did not do either of them. Told me after the 2 hour wait for an oil change and 5 point that it would take them an extra 3 hours for the fluids they forgot to do. Highly unsatisfied
