Kristine was very accommodating and very informative. I really did appreciate the customer service despite learning a whole new system(you rocked it Kristine). Dylan was a total professional. He was kind and patient and respectful in answering all of my questions. He came to the waiting room a couple of times to review the checklist on the maintenance sheet. I appreciate the service department. Everyone was so helpful.

One oddity, for which I don't have a reasonable suggestion: As part of the complimentary vehicle check, my cabin air filter was found to be due for replacement, so I was asked if I wanted to pay nearly $100 (mostly labor) to replace it. I declined (Walmart sells an equivalent filter for $20, which took me 5 minutes to install. Your tech did all the same labor in order to check the old filter, but I would have had to pay for about an hour of his time if I had said yes.

Staff bot as friendly and didn't take time to tell me if something was wrong. I got a report on what was done in black and white. There are four shades of gray and if I interpret according to report, my vehicle needs work. The employee who checked me out said all was good. This is very.confusing.
