I think this was my best service experience from a Hyundai dealership yet. I'll be returning here again for future services.
The service was billed as a tire rotation and fluid fill, yet my car was returned with low washer fluid. I was sold the car being told I could bring it in for a free charge whenever I wanted, and I asked about getting a charge while it was in, and was told it was unlikely due to the chargers being occupied. When I returned both chargers were empty and my car had not been charged at all.
Additionally the “multi point inspection” video was simply the check-in walk around, and not any sort of actual inspection

I am blown away by the outrageous estimates I was given.
It was determined that there was rodent damage to wires in my engine. You all waned to charge me $632 to splice and solder these wires, which sounded absurdly expensive. This premonition was proven accurate when I took my vehicle to a local shop. They charged me $97 for this repair, which took 30 minutes. There is absolutely no way to justify charging over six times the price of a local shop, nor to justify charging over $600 for 30 minutes of labor. No mechanic is worth a $1200 hourly rate, particularly to splice and solder a wire, which is not a particularly challenging task.
To add insult to injury, you all wanted to charge me $58 to clean my lifetime cabin filter. I could buy a brand new lifetime filter for $45, a new non lifetime filter for less than $20, or, clean it myself for free in less than 10 minutes, which is what I will do.
On top of that, you wanted to charge $100 to balance and rotate my tires, which Discount Tire does for me for free.
Thus experience proves exactly why dealership service centers have the reputation they do for being complete ripoffs. There is absolutely no way to justify your exorbitant rates for service and it is insulting to your customers. Charging over six times the reasonable rate for service is absolutely unacceptable.
This vehicle does not meet my expectations with regard to battery consumption on highway trips. Range is too limited and causes the car to be impractical for me.
You are welcome to make me an offer to end this lease.
I was there 2.5 hours because a slow wash bay.

I was very satisfied for the most part but I noticed the tape Thad been on the antenna was not cleaned off. Perhaps this is something you do not do, but it seemed to me it should have been removed. Other than that, completely satisfied.
