Carter was a good representative, the wait was entirely too long, the car was washed but the hub caps were filthy. No need for a call, I understand things happen but what’s the point in making appointments if your wait time is still extremely long. My appt was at 1:15 it was well after 4pm before I was finished. Tire install/balance should not take that long.
The service was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My only small complaint is that they didn’t reset the oil change reminder on my dashboard, but otherwise, everything went smoothly. I’d definitely return!

For starters they tried charging me for rotating tires I bought from **** smith in August 24 I’m supposed to have life time rotations on the tires
They lied about checking my air in my tires it was the same in December 24 service
I’ve been coming here for 24 years through buying 6 brand new Nissans from **** Smith and a couple preowned I’m very disappointed in this and the attitude from your staff was horrible when they complained

Also worth noting, as I waited for my vehicle I was spoke to every employee that walked by! It was nice to be acknowledged even though I was already assisted. This is by far the best Nissan dealership in greater Columbia area.
