I was not kept informed of the status of my repair. I called and left two messages for my service rep and no return phone call. I was supposed to receive a $200 coupon credit but my bill only showed $125.00 credit.

Wrong given about me dropping my car off,I sat on the lobby for 2 hours to get a oil changed and tires rotate and no one came and check with me about my vehicle,others came in behind me and got their vehicle services and left before me.
