Very professional service from the staff. Lucas explained in detail the work that was being done on my vehicle.
Still hear same clicking noise as when we brought in vehicle. Asked about rear brake light as to whether it is an assembly or bulb. Never got an answer. Previously asked your parts department and was told it was an assembly and not a bulb but doing some further research on my own it seemed unclear. Need to know which one it is? I can change bulb and an assembly should be covered under the warranty. Invoice shows two different oil changes, one showing (5) quarts of 0W-20 and one showing (5) quarts of 5W30. Need to confirm what oil was put in the car and verify that the filter was changed so I can update the oil change indicator. Thank you!
Lucas went beyond the call of duty to help me. He also follows up to make sure l am okay. He has great customer service skills. I truly enjoy coming to the Infinity store for service. Everyone is friendly and professional.
