My vehicle (black Sorento) got rinsed off, even though I didn’t ask for it. Was told where my vehicle was parked after service and was shocked to find it completely wet! I would expect that it if your going to rinse a black vehicle, that it would be dried with a towel before giving back to the customer.

Took two hours to get an oil change. Car sat for 1 hour before being taken in for work after my appointment time.
Staff was courteous and answered all my questions, work was completed in a timely fashion. I have confidence that when I take my vehicle in for service everything needing to be done will be completed and I will be back on the road feeling safe.

Prompt service. I received a call first thing in the morning letting me know they had gotten my key in the dropbox and asked about the problem I had experienced with the vehicle. An hour later the mechanic called back and that they had run the tests on my car and test drove it and all was good. I had planned on not having a vehicle for a good part of the day. I was very happy to go and pick it up! Thank you!
