Calling the general service phone number is a dead end. If I missed a call I couldn’t get ahold of anyone ever unless I left a voicemail and waited a day
She was easy to work with and very thoughtful. She communicated well. This was first time here after just moving to Pittsburgh and I will be back and purchase my future vehicles from here
They forgot to adjust air pressure so TPMS went nuts till I adjusted air. Honest msirake tho cause tires are so different on ev6

Additional and seemingly unnecessary repairs. I have prepaid for maintenance service and have never received these recommendations. I guess you just want more money.
Serena is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She is the perfect person to have as the face of your service department. She is personable, understanding and is able to put herself in the shoes of your clients. It’s nice not to be pushed or feel intimidated as a woman in a dealership and not know anything about vehicles, and not have to worry about being lead into needing unnecessary maintenance!

I would give Jim Shorkey Kia Wexford 10/10 stars! I bought a new 2025 Kia Telluride in April. It started giving me issues a couple months ago where the check engine light would come on and off. I ignored it. Then this past month it got worse. My engine would randomly shut off while driving. Very scary. I tried to reach out to the Kia in Robinso which is closest to my house. It took 2 days to get ahold of someone to make an appointment. The appointment was only a drop off appt and they didn’t have any cars for me to drive home. They were not helpful at all. Even knowing that my car was SHUTTING OFF on me they still didn’t offer any other options to get my car looked at. Therefore I couldn’t drop my car off so I had to cancel my appointment. I also tried to get a hold of the Kia in Beaver Falls where I originally bought the car. No one in service ever answered my calls or called me back when I left messages. So I called Kia in Wexford. Kimmi answered almost immediately. After explaining to her what my car was doing she immediately took action and I was able to drop my car off that Wednesday. They also did not have any cars for me on the lot but they were very helpful in getting me a rental car through enterprise. We got a discounted deal through Kia and will be reimbursed. My car was fixed in 2 days. That’s including waiting on the part to be shipped. Kimmi kept in touch and let me know everything that was happening with my car. I will forever be grateful for them getting me in so quick and being SO helpful! It was an hour drive for me to Wexford but I would do it again. Thank you!
