My service isn’t complete as she is ordering a part that is apparently rare. Although I’m happy to this point, the job is not complete yet.
The was my first service and very surprised that you have to pay to get your calibrations on brakes, tires, etc. Never have I experienced that at any smaller shop or dealership.

I’m very dissatisfied ! The issue with my car is not resolved.
15 minites after I left on my drive to work , the RPM WENT UP TO 7 once again. They told me that if I got transmission change it would take care of the problem. Well it didn’t and I paid $329.
And I’m still having the same issues. I would like an immediate refund and a return phone call. I want it fixed free of charge charge.

Terrible communication! No one returns calls or texts promptly.
The reason I came in was not fixed .. I’m still hearing noise coming out of my air vent! They replaced the cabin air vent but that didn’t fix the issue.
Thanks for looking at my car at a short notice, you saved me time and effort.
