It took a long time to get an appointment scheduled and I had to follow up multiple times to make that finally happen. Also, the repair was disappointing and I have to get it redone by someone else on my own dime. Poor first experience with the extra warranty we bought.
The PA inspection was fine. I brought in a letter from KIA that explained a recall for my car that I tried to give to the agent. The agent told me that she didn't need the letter, didn't even look at it, and that they would take care of the recall. I didn't wait with the car, and took the recall letter home. When I picked up, she said that she couldn't find the recall that I was referring to so that had not been done. Of course, I had left the letter at home because she said that she didn't need it. She gave me her card and asked me to email the letter to her, so she could check on it. I did so. It's been 4 days (3 business days) and she still hasn't responded to me. And when she does get back to me, I'm going to have to take time to bring the car in again to get the recall addressed. This all could have been avoided if she had simply looked at the recall letter that I tried to give to her when I dropped the car off the first time.

Horrible scheduling, lack of communication, unresponsive to calls, vehicle not ready when scheduled, lack of transparency with service needs and cost, overall poor customer service from service department and manager.

Service was not started for over 3 hours after we arrived. We were not given any updates while we waited in the waiting room. After 2 hours, I complained that my car had not even been moved. Kimmi said a loaner was returned and we were given it. There were 2 recalls and one bulletin work to be completed. I feel we should have had a car available for this service. This took 5 hours.

Kimmi was great to deal with along with everybody else that I came in contact with. I also dealt with sienna and Megan I believe in the service department. All the girls were great to deal with. While our car was being serviced. We were very thankful to have the loaner car which of course now is a car that my daughter wants to purchase in the future! so that is her goal. You give a young girl a 2025K K4 to drive while her car is being serviced, she would’ve let you keep that car in the shop for a month because she loved her loaner car! Thanks again!
Previous service advisor moved on. I was a bit skeptical about what my experience would be with a different service advisor. Happy to say that my skepticism was unfounded. Kimmi provided exceptional customer service. Professional, competent, thorough, and courteous.My expectations were far exceeded. Very satisfied!!!!!
Montana is excellent! This is the 2nd time I have dealt with him. I didn’t have an appointment but he got me in for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. He’s the best.
