Serena was great to work with. I had a poor experience with another employee last year. Serena restored my trust in Shorkey Kia Wexford. I did leave a message for service on Monday that wasn’t returned until Friday (by a different employee), but I am nonetheless happy with today’s outcome.

How can ur staff tell me that it’s normal for the transmission light to come on and nothing can be done . I would have to pay 200 per hour to do a reading on it

I'm honestly not sure who James **** is. So I cannot provide details as to his service personally. I can say that the service to my vehicle was outstanding. I brought my car in for a check engine light and detail cleaning. Your service department went above expectations. From state and emissions stickers to brake pads and rooters. And there was much more. I appreciated everything they did and the team that handled the detail cleaning. This was my first experience with Jim Shorkey Wexford. I will be back!

Serena is always pleasant and approachable when I come in for service. I have difficulty scheduling online and I’ve had to walk in the last 2 times. I was taken care of promptly. I was never made to feel like I was being a bother. Thank you!
