Serena was exceptionally helpful with my oil changed and after they found the rodent damage to my engine. I was quite grumbly about it, but she was very nice and kept a smile on her face. I appreciate her and I hope Kia Shorkey does as well.

Kimmi was awesome. I came in with my engine having issues. I did not have an appointment. She managed to squeeze me in and help with a loaner car and getting a new engine ordered under the recall for bad oil piston rings. She managed to help when she very easily could have said no based on available appointments and how busy the service department was. Thank you!

Had my car a week and only did an oil change. I don't know if they even fixed the problem of it stalling, which is dangerous. They didn't complete inspection as agreed. They didn't check everything, and I'm afraid to drive this car because I don't know if it will stall when driving.
Had 8:30 am appointment to replace recalled indicator switch. Took 20 minutes to be told I need to come back again to get it replaced. Montana stated he needed the vin and maybe a picture of it. It really made no sense and now I need to make another trip when part comes in. Really???
