The actual service on my vehicle, and the service I received from Kimmi were both outstanding, 10/10. Actually making an appointment for that service is a different story.

It was disappointing that Kia’s warranty process requires approval before repairs (something I’ve never encountered with any other brand). I was confident when Kimmi called me on Friday with the update and plan, but frustrated by the next Wednesday - as was Kimmi - when we were still waiting. A less than desirable turn around. But Kimmi rallied her leadership, for the approval, coordinate the repairs and got my car back to me to pick up my son from college after finals were done. Many thanks to Kimmi, her resourcefulness, and her leadership!
Miss Dottavio was very professional and friendly. She promised my car back In 2 hours and did exactly that. She answered all of my questions and even cleaned the inside back window in my car when I requested it…She is an excellent representation for the KIA CO..
