I had new brakes, rotors and brake fluid last month and within a week, the brakes weren’t working making it very dangerous to drive. I was told to drop the car back off on May 2 and that I would have to leave it over the weekend as a part needed ordered and I was totally fine with that. I was told the following Monday or Tuesday (2 business days) tops. I was never called so I called the following Thursday and was told they were still waiting for the part. I asked for a loaner car but none were available. I finally received a text yesterday (May 14) that my car is ready. I work in Indiana, PA on certain days so I’m unable to pick it up until tomorrow. My wife was practically stranded for almost 2 weeks as I had to use her car during this time. On another note, it is extremely difficult to schedule even routine maintenance for my Telluride at your shop. It’s mostly online and 1-2 months for an appointment. That combined with this last incident, I may look for another Kia dealer for my car maintenance.

I brought my Telluride in for inspection and ended up needing rear brake pads and rotors. I had to wait a little longer than expected and thought I'd be late for my job but the mechanic worked through his lunch hour to finish the work.Thank You!
