Selena was so professional and personal when I arrived. She greeted me with a warm hello . Went over all the info with me and told me it would be an hour. When she came to get me out of the waiting area, it was exactly one hour. She was happy and positive in everything. She mentioned the Memorial Day sale promotion and gave me a flyer to give to someone that might be looking to purchase a car. I say she would give her more than a five star rating. She is a great asset to your company! ????
Serena was great was able to get us in right away had the right parts explained everything to my wife and that it was covered under warranty both times that I was there. Serena was very helpful knowledgeable with everything that was done to our vehicle. You have an exceptional employee there. I hope you treat her well like she treats her customers. Thank you.
Serena worked hard to get the problem solved despite many set backs. This took multiple disadvantages a large warranty claim.

My low engine oil light came on yesterday while I was out shopping. I called the dealer and spoke with Megan who assured me I could get it looked at when I brought it in at 1pm. Montana greeted me as soon as I arrived and got my car looked at and repaired immediately. I was back on the road in less than 1 and 1/2 hours. Great job!
