Montana was very helpful, pleasant and welcoming. A very good experience.

The process described was exactly what I was told, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes!

Kim, and the service was fine. The problem is two-fold... waiting a month to get the car in and not being able to call a number and talk to a person. I have four vehicles (two Kias) and I have never seen a dealership that wants to send me a text instead of answering the fricking phone. Considering going to Kelly next time.

Engine replaced. Now A/C just blows hot air.

I’m usually happy but this experience wasn’t the greatest. My appointment was at 830am- my car wasn’t taken back until almost 2. There were things needed for it to pass inspection and was asked if I could leave it because they didn’t have the brake pads. Fine no problem. Wasn’t called back until around 2 the next day and was told I may have had to wait up to three days for brake pads to come in which sounds insane. When I stated I couldn’t do that I needed my car then somehow brake pads were found. I also paid for tire rotation and I’m 99% sure that didn’t happen. I have a tire marked because it has a plug in it from a nail and and rim with a chip and the tires are both in the same spot as when I took it in. When you spend $1600 you would expect all services to be rendered. It seems as though everything else was done correctly and I am pleased with the other services that were provided.

The tire pressure information is displayed on my dashboard showing one tire is 30 psi, two are 31 psi and one is 32 psi. The information on the driver side door indicates all tires should be at 35 psi. I assume this needs to be corrected.
