Kimmi was extremely personable and friendly. Made an effort to have my car back by mid morning for a meeting I mentioned having, which she did not need to do. 10/10
The front tire on my new Kia was slowly leaking air and i had a road trip planned for the weekend. I stopped by the service dept. and explained my problem to Kimmi. She was able to have my tire fixed in a timely fashion, even with the garage being very busy , and i was on my way. Apparently, i had run over a nail.
Kimmi was very understanding and professional and went above and beyond the call for me and i was 100% satisfied.
