The front tire on my new Kia was slowly leaking air and i had a road trip planned for the weekend. I stopped by the service dept. and explained my problem to Kimmi. She was able to have my tire fixed in a timely fashion, even with the garage being very busy , and i was on my way. Apparently, i had run over a nail. Kimmi was very understanding and professional and went above and beyond the call for me and i was 100% satisfied. Thank you!

Getting the run around for years with the engine burning oil. Known issue with a class action lawsuit Every time I go in I'm treated like I'm in the wrong. Worst experience ever.

Serena went above and beyond to correct an issue that came up with my vehicle within a few days of purchasing that the sales manager did not address after being told I'd recieve a phone call from them and leaving a voicemail with them. I am very satisfied with the quick turn around from the service department!
