Kimmii is such a sweetheart! She is a very pleasant young lady, and she goes above and beyond to help you in any way she can. She even came out to my car with me to show me how to use the defogger, even though I knew how to use them, but she wanted to make sure I knew what I was doing, and she also told me that if there’s anything that I need or if I’m having any other issues to make sure I contact her and I like that kind of service; someone actually cares and she gives you service with a genuine smile. Serena is the gold standard of customer service. She was friendly upon my arrival. She verified my services. She communicated the process thoroughly. She gave me great recommendations for my new tires and all services I received. She walked me to the waiting area. She let me know as soon as my vehicle was ready. She walked me through everything that was done to my vehicle and walked me to my car after payment. She made the entire experience pleasant and exceeded all expectations for service!

My disappointment was with the lengthy amount of time it took to look at the vehicle. I understand that it was first come, first serve on tow-ins, but it was apparent that it needed a new transmission. A quick diagnosis would have gotten the car back 3 weeks earlier.
WILL NEVER CONE THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND SOMEONE THERE.
