I appreciated that the team washed my car. However, without drying it, it got all spotty. Had to go rewash it.
Appointment for 9am and left there at 11:50. Almost 3 hours for an oil change. This was unacceptable.
I sad for a hour before my car got took in then it left at 3 came out at 4:20
It was a great experience, Serena was incredible helpful, warm, and friendly.

Today service by Kimmie was exceptionally. Everything was done with a smile great explanation of the process and reschedule as quickly as possible.. and also like to thank the Mechanic that when I came in for the consumption change.- my ride was leaking, which was going to be a week later, but they thought of safety first and were able to get the warranty approval and radiator installed the same day- your team service team is overall exceptional. Thank you.
Everything was very good. Serena did a great job. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The work on the car was completed in a timely fashion. My only disappointment is the mud guards that were installed. They are not what I expected or wanted. I want and expected guards that are long enough to keep tire spray from covering my rear window. These mud guards extend less than two inches below the fender and I doubt they will stop any tire spray, which is what mud guards are supposed to do.
I was kept up to date on service and potential proactive actions.
Kimmi was fantastic, and went above and beyond to squeeze my car in for a much needed oil change.
