Montana is always very friendly. The gentleman who helped me check in was also very friendly. The inspection and oil change were done quickly! Even scheduling this appointment was easy and the woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful!

Our car was at the dealership for 18 days before anyone took a look at it. Not once did someone call and give us updates or even show concern for the inconvenience that this caused us. We had to constantly call to find out what was going on. After 18 days the car was looked at only to find out that it would be another 3-5 days since the part had to be ordered. I understand that things can come up and their can be staffing issues, but I did not feel there was any sense of urgency to try to fix a car that is needed daily by our family, This whole experience has left me with zero desire to ever buy a KIA again. I certainly will not be bringing my current KIA back to this location for any further service needs.

I've never had any problems with your service department. My son bought the Kia optima there almost 5 years ago and my wife and I have bought two vehicles from sharky the Kia Sedona I have now and we purchased a Kia Sorrento. No problems with anyone.
