My service experience with Dan Maloy was well above expectations and continues the long history that I have with Ganley Akron- always amazing service. Dan Maloy is so knowledgeable, easy to speak with, willing to help and an overall joy to deal with. Looking forward to my next visit to Ganley. Thank you for being so awesome!

I was told on the phone that everything was good to go , I came and picked up my vehicle. The multipoint inspection paperwork link was sent to me. The paper is mostly blank. No checks are on the paper, the paper only states that the tires were rotated which was at my request. I have no verification that anything else was even looked at. I love Toyota I just think if you’re going to offer a free inspection, the paperwork should show what was included in that inspection.

I brought my 2011 vehicle for routine service. Also to follow up on AAA report from their visit to our home. I was there over 2 hrs but I wasn’t concerned. I was keeping busy. Matthew came to explain to me why the wait. The lady who checked me in did not explain the issue to the next person. A new person was assigned to work on my car. A new battery was placed but it did not need replaced and the old one was put back in. No problems. Just communication issues. Matthew who is wonderful, explained to me what had happened. No problem. Asked what could be done to Make up for the time I was there. He went back and forth to the boss. One of the offers (which was the best he could do) was a free car wash. W H A T ????? Don’t insult me. That is free with any service. I after I commented about this, I was given a free oil change coupon. Then on my receipt it stated that I was upset. That is a lie. Do not put untrue stories about customers to make yourself look good. I do not like untrue things said about me. Just because I am a woman, does not make this kind of thing more acceptable. I appreciate the coupon for free oil change. My bill Was only a little over $50. I will continue doing my business with Ganley. I’ve been going there for years and service has always been great. Thank you.

Austin was friendly, professional, explained things well and got the oil change completed in a timely fashion. He seems to be an asset to your company! P.S.-- I would also like to commend my All-Time Favorite Employee of yours, Jesse, who leased our Most recent Corolla! He Has to be the Kindest, Most Patient, Respectful, Efficient & Knowledgeable Employee that I have Ever had the Pleasure of dealing with, at Ken Ganley Toyota! We have been Leasing Corollas for Many Years, but I must say, He stands out as Your BEST Employee, EVER! I would Highly Recommend Him for a Substantial Raise, as I Truly Feel that He Deserves it! I have noticed that he Actually Runs throughout your showroom, when dealing with his customers! I Tried to get him to just Walk, but he basically said "Oh, I Always do this!" He Earnestly takes his time with his Customers, Explains all of the Terms Thoroughly, & Doesn't make his Customers Feel "Rushed," which I Appreciated! Again, Please Give Jesse a sizeable Raise, as he , in my Humble opinion, is "Worth his Weight in Gold," as an old saying used to say! Thank you, for Reading my Review. The employee I dealt with today was absolutely clueless, luckily your service manager is a huge asset for your company. Very frustrating day! Not sure I’ll be able to do business there anymore which is unfortunate because buying the car there was very enjoyable!

I had a re call for a cab brake light on my toyota tacoma the cab light and there was water damage on the inside roof and all they did was clean the in side roof ...water damage on the inside cab ...water and metal equals rust ...not happy
