My only question is why doesn’t the inspection report show that you rotated the tires and checked my air and cabin filters?
The lady at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The waiting area even tho partly blocked off for construction was very nice. I will definitely be back. I just relocated from Louisiana and very happy with my choice to use KG toyota. Thank you!

I had the same exact issue happen within 50 miles of driving. The issue I brought the car in for was not sufficiently addressed. I was charged almost $1300 for a repair that did not even work. I will be back so it can be made right, this is not ok.

Very happy with service except time was 45 minutes longer than approximate finish time advised and cashier charged by debit card for almost twice the amount of the cost.
