While the techs were doing the other brake work, they were supposed to inspect the hand brake to see why it's not holding; I had discussed this with the service consultant last week. However, no inspection was done, nor was the hand brake fixed.
Also, the techs forgot to turn off the maintenance light on the dashboard; I had to look up how to do it myself.
I asked if Ganley would honor a coupon for $54.95 synthetic oil change I had from Summit Toyota. I was told they would. Then when I went too pay they charged me $77. I asked why they didn’t honor the coupon and was told they took $50 off because Ganley labor rates were different. I let them know that I was not pleased since they agreed to the coupon. I was told they still saved me money since it should have been $120! Unprofessional! I will get my free services and take my Highlander and Camry to Summit for anything I have to pay for.
Multiple issues with service. I asked the technician not to move my vehicle vehicle seat. Due to the fact, I had back injuries and back surgeries in the last two years and he moved it all the way up to the front. I have no idea why also when the car was returned, it wasn’t washed and I asked to have the car washed and also The oil light came on when I started my motor up after I had to readjust my seat which shouldn’t have been moved in the first place, and the technician forgot to reset my maintenance service record in my computer in the dash.
Overall it was a wonderful fast service done by toyota. Thanks to Matthew for very accomodating and great customer service.

I scheduled for tire rotation and oil change before my son started school and said he can come back in a few months for the oil change and they didn't have time. I didn't find out the oil was not changed until that evening.
Being in school it is not convenient and /or a hassle to reschedule during school session.
When I first went to Ganley I had a F150. I went to the Ford dealer in Kent for service, they checked my truck from front to back and gave me a list of items that needed attention. That really impressed me and helped sell me on Ganley.
