Lisa was super friendly and helpful and even informed me of things I was unaware of and went above and beyond. I will return and continue to ask specifically for Lisa. I was in and out of service in less than an hour. I was greeted by every team member who walked past me while I was waiting in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly. The lounge area was beautiful and clean. I could not recommend the team at Toyota of Akron more!

Two weeks before the truck had been in for a recall on the brakes. We lost fluid and got a warning light. The person I spoke to worked us in the next day and offered to have it towed in. We just added fluid and drove it, bit the offer surprised us.
She eas very courteous and attentive to my needs!

I would say my only complaint would that there was dirty hand smudges in my car whereby I had to wipe down my interior.
