In January of this year, I paid $135 for an oil change and tire repair at your service center. Today I paid $165 for just an oil change after being quoted "$110 to $120" when making my appointment earlier this week. On top of this, I waited an hour and forty five minutes for service to be completed. The employees I encountered were very friendly and professional, but I'm extremely disappointed in the pricing and speed of service.
I don't know what they did! They said a machine they needed was not working and they will call me when it comes in. Nothing was changed on my part. The lady was very nice but they did not do anything.

Ana was absolutely amazing! I didn’t have an appointment but had a nail in my tire and she was able to get me in and out in a timely manner and I was back on the road in no time! Definitely recommend Mike Terry Hyundai and Ana

I’ve had a bad experience all around as far as buying the car and having to bring the car back-and-forth, not being believed that something is wrong with it when something is wrong with it. Getting it fixed and now here we are the same problems happening again, and nobody’s believing me again. I tried to go up there to fix the problem and nobody wants to help me. They just wants me to trade the car in. They ran my credit without telling me. Along with things happen so I hired a lawyer.
I had a good experience today. I think it would have been a bit better if someone had shared it eas going to take longer to get my oil changed when I had an appointment.
