I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an issue that occurred during a recent service appointment at the Ford service center in Peru. It is a Ford Escape After picking up my vehicle from the service department, I noticed that the screen inside the vehicle was cracked or damaged. This damage was not present before the vehicle was brought in for service. I have already reported the issue over the phone, and I am now following up in writing to ensure it is properly documented and addressed.
