The service desk people were really great and I understand that my recall isn’t the fastest process to work on but having to pay out of pocket for a rental because the dealership did not have any available has been a severe inconvenience. It’s been rough doing something as simple as getting to work and the fact that my repairs have taken almost two months and counting did not help. Hell it took almost a week for them to even take the car into the shop. It’s been a rough summer without my car.
