I am satisfied with the oil change and the people doing the work. What I don't like is a flimsy report. I want to know the tire tread depth, how much oil was put in, what kind of filter...the kind of information you used to give us on a hard copy. I don't mind doing it electronically, I want and expect more details than just our address and basic car information. Charles and Valorie Cole
