They went above and beyond to help .I live at Rochester and I come here for service because they get to my vehicle right away very professional.I will let everyone I know about the out standing service department and how awesome they are again thank you all .

I am very appreciative of the care that I received on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler! I had initially taken it to Kahlo in Noblesville because that was closer to where I worked and easier to drop off and have coworkers take me back there but all I got was the run around from them. I wasted a lot of time dropping off my vehicle for nothing to get done and then trying to get someone to just call me back. You all were very nice and up front about everything and very prompt with communication/ calling me to get me in when my parts came in! Thank you very much!!

The service department was very patient listening to the warrenty issue I had my car in to repair. They did the work ahead of schedule and then answered all of my questions post service. I did stop in to sales on my way out to say hi to Jayce and Mike. Both greeted me and shook my hand. It's always a great experience dealing with the folks at Grissom CDJR. Thanks team!!!
