I was there for 3 hours and the last 45 minutes my Jeep was parked outside as if it was done but no one came to tell me it was done. When I asked I was told that tbe tech had told David that it was finished but David went to lunch. When he did come get me it was right at 3 hours and I paid the bill. 5 minutes later I got the text saying my Jeep was done. My first experience was great and that's why I came back but after that I'm not sure I'll be back!
Only thing that would have been better is if you guys had loaner vehicles but at least the driver brought us home and came the next day to get us that was help ful

Was not happy with the service at all had my car for a week and did nothing to it but plug a tire was sold a vehicle with dry rotted tires bad upholstery and a bad battery I paid over market price for the vehicle was supposed to have done a 15-point inspection on it obviously that was never done or I wouldn't have had $1,000 worth of tires bad and a $250 battery and upholstery that's not even fastened I will never use that dealership again or recommend it to anyone no one made anything right with this vehicle it was a $25,000 car not $2,500

I've not been happy with the mechanical performance of my Jeep. I've had to make several expensive repairs to this vehicle. I love driving my Rubicon and the service I've received at Grissom CDJR has been excellent.
Had appointment for 1 pm during my lunch break and I was there 20 minutes early. 2 hrs later I'm finally leaving just for an oil change, tire rotation, and simple recall. Wasn't told when I checked in that I was going to have a longer wait so I was extremely late back to work. I would have came back at a later time if I had known.
