I understand everything is expensive in all areas of work even with automobiles and it was explained to me about a $160 diagnostic charge prior to the appointment but disappointed with the fact that I got two diagnostic charges simply because they found two problems. I hope to continue business here in the future but definitely not thrilled with what I felt was double charged for less than an hour of work
