I was in for the second oil change on my Chrysler Pacifica - your business has not fixed the problem that I experienced on the 1st oil change - I already paid for the oil changes in a package when I bought the van in January of 2024 - have had a problem 2 times with the free oil changes I am supposed to be getting. Why can’t your records system be corrected - it’s a problem each oil change I’ve gotten

Had a slow leak fixed on a tire and came home 6 hours later sitting in my driveway the tire is flat and the leak is worse. Then send me a survey that won’t work
