One of the things I requested was that my front left daytime running lamp was out. They replaced the bulb but when I picked up the car the lamp was still not working. I have to go back in Monday.

My vehicle was done for at least half a hour as i waited. I wasnt sure if they had anything else to do so i waited. apparently they were too busy to tell me it was ready. So therin lies the problem. Hire more help. youve wasted my time. I will not be back.

I wanted to share that I had a service done to burp the coolant system that wasn't done correctly, due to what the technician and service manager said was a seized bleeder valve. I installed it brand new and took it to you to have it done because I didn't have the proper tools to bleed it. I drove it for about an hour afterwards and it started climbing to 3/4 on the temp gauge. So I parked it and took a 10mm socket wrench to what they said was seized and it wasn't stuck and came off just fine. I would like to have it serviced again and I don't know if the tech just didn't know the proper procedure for taking the valve loose or not, but it only requires to wrenches. One to hold the nut and one 10mm to hold the bleeder. They did a gravity burp at the reservoir but I was told, by my father a 30 plus year master technician for Chrysler, Freightliner, and more... That if you don't pull it through the valve first, you can't guarantee to get all the air out.

Had the car for 16 days at 5700 repair took it back 2 days later for another 900 and then again a 3rd time taking it back to be told it would be another 1700 to where we said we would take someone where else which we did and it was fix today and was told that the job was not done correctly by your shop, not happy at all he said it has so much clumps and all and it was never flushed this also cost us 800 for the damn rental
