David’s customer service skills are not the greatest I am not sure what his title is working in the service department, but if I have to bring my Jeep back any more I will not deal with him. I have bought 2 cars from Grissom because the sales team is awesome, and everyone in the service department is amazing as well, but David just did not live up to Grissoms expectations that your company takes such great pride in.
