Very bad service and the technician was not good at his work I paid $75 for a service I didn't receive. This was very bad. He didn't specify the problem, but he still took the money.

When my vehicle was checked in at 1:45 for a 2:00 appt, I was given a 1 1/2 hr estimated service time. No one had any contact with me about the status of my vehicle until 4:53. I suggested to your service tech that when something is going that much over, it would be courteous to give some type explanation to your customer.
My window repair was not completed due to a parts issue and I have to make another trip.
