Eric and the Service Department took great care of my car, serviced it promptly, and sent me a video to keep me informed of the progress. Eric communicated by text and by telephone. My car was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. It performs like a dream!

The service advisor, Lance did a great job! My complaint is with the technician who performed my service. He rotated the tires BEFORE inspecting them. Why would you rotate tires that are completely worn out? He should have inspected them and THEN asked if I wanted them rotated. I paid for a rotation and had to purchase new tires the very next day. Not happy about that!
