Eric was terrific. Very knowledgeable and courteous. My only negative comments about the Fred Anderson family plan with oil change and tire rotation. All great until you charge a customer $155 for rear differential service. To drain oil and add oil? Plus I pay for oil disposal of $11.88.

Everything was great. I am recovering from a hip and pelvis fracture. Kayla was so sweet and responsive to my needs. She brought my car to a place with fewer steps and she made sure I got safely into my car.
