The staff themselves were great, but I couldn’t say yes because I still don’t fully know what the actual problem is. I was told that the staff didn’t see the same issue when they drove it, but it happened as soon as I was at the red light up the street. It’s a tad frustrating, but the staff was great. It just makes me wonder how they drove it to not be able to see the light come on.

Every time that I have worked with Brian, he has been transparent, polite, and easy to talk to. He really has excellent customer service skills. If there are any Christmas bonuses to be given, he deserves one!

I came into the dealership to have a replacement tire on my Honda pilot because I had a gash in the side wall and I could see steel cord so I thought it was necessary for it to be replaced.
When I came in the next day to pick up my vehicle, it was brought up by Alexander just outside the service area and he came in and told me the vehicle is just outside the building.
When I walked outside and looked at the one tire that was replaced, it had markings all over the tire and around the wheel from the work done by the technicians who replaced the tire.
I walked back into the dealership and asked Alexander if he saw the tire that had been replaced and he said no.
I asked if he would come out and take a look at it so we walked out together to the vehicle and when I pointed to the tire and the appearance of it, he said that that's not a problem. It will clean up very easily and said I should not have a problem with getting all the markings cleaned off.
I told him that I'm sure it's not a problem to clean up the tire however I expected that when the replacement was finished that someone at the dealership would have done just that, cleaned up the markings and writing on the side of the tire before it was delivered to the customer.
I told Alexander what he should've said to me was yes, sir. I'll take care of it right away and have it back to you in just a couple of minutes..
I believe when a vehicle is brought back to the customer after having it serviced it shouldn't look like a was leaving a discount tire store.
Fred Anderson's is first class and it did not make the Mark on this particular visit but will not influence me one way in the future. Overall, the dealership is exceptional.
