I have dealt with Eric the last 3 times I have been at Fred Anderson. He is always terrific. He is kind, helpful, personable, and always answers my questions. Last time I needed service (prior to today), I delayed a day because I did not want to schedule an appointment on his day off. Great guy! Real asset to Fred Anderson!
