I appreciated Mr. Large’s attentiveness to the noted issue concerning my vehicle. He made sure to ask clarifying questions regarding the problem to further assist with the diagnostic assessment. Mr. Large also understood me pressed for time as I needed to pick up my daughter from school. Him and his team were able to get my car attended to in a timely manner wherein I was able to pick up my daughter from school in a timely manner. I really appreciate Mr. Large’s level of professionalism and the Honda service team’s prompt service. l will definitely bring my car back to Fred Anderson to get my car serviced .
I would like to take a moment to recognize Alexander for the excellent service support he provided during my recent visit. He was professional, attentive, communicative, and did everything within his control to assist me. His customer service was outstanding, and this feedback is in no way a reflection of his efforts.
That said, I do want to note that after spending approximately $1,000 on service and completing the recommended service bulletins, I unfortunately left with the same brake noise concern that I originally brought the vehicle in for. I understand that this outcome was not due to any fault of Alexander’s, but I feel it is important feedback for the service department to be aware of.
Alexander handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism throughout, and I truly appreciate his support. I hope this concern can be reviewed further so a resolution can be found.

Matthew Large is always so kind and does such a great job. He takes care of our family's cars for service.
I was very pleased with Eric as my service rep. He was so friendly and promptly waited on me when I first drove in. I was very appreciative that he not only explained the service I needed but he also told me why it was needed, instead of just stating it needed to be done. For example Eric explained how often fluids (like transmission and brake) need to be replaced. Hope I can have him as my service rep. my next visit. Also very pleased how quickly my service was done.
The young man was great. Very kind and knowledgeable about my car and what needs to be done. Gave me his card and said you may call me anytime about your vehicle .
