Brian was very pleasant and helpful in getting my my car’s regular maintenance all worked out today. He also applied the 10% discount from a flyer that had come in mail to my house and I brought with me. I was grateful for his professional service.
I spent 7 hours at dealer on Friday, then drove truck home. Monday at 16:53 I received a text saying the truck was ready!?!? Crazy!

My appointment was at 10:30am I sat in the lane with no acknowledgment until 10:52am. Lance was with a customer, there were a few others sitting at their desks and none of them acknowledged me. Lance and another person both announced someone was in lane 1 a couple of times. Once I asked for a manager Mariah was then sent over. Mariah did not have a customer when I arrived in the lane.
Eric was most helpful and professional in how he handled the service on my vehicle. In the future I will request that he be assigned to handle any service issues I may have.

AJ was Great! Zero complaints ! Very helpful and attentive. I am satisfied but , I can not say completely . The amount I was charged was shocking. Even after AJ worked out a nice discount.
Every time the tech checks my air filter, they leave all the leaves and debris all over my passenger floorboard. Please, if you empty out my air filter on my floor I ask that you vacuum it up as well. Just like last time, I did not create the mess and it’s ridiculous you can’t vacuum the mess you leave.

Oil change qas done as requested. But with a 9am appointment, I did not wait for the work to be done, and when I returned (with no contact from Service other than the vehicle inspection) after 1pm I was told the vehicle was ready.
