I had my oil change and tires rotated & my tire pressure light was on all the way bk to Spartanburg & never went out if ya'll had reset it the alert should've went out had me thinking it was gonna clear b4 I got home!!! Smh

Our rep was lovely but the policy at the dealership was an issue. Our van was one of the thousands of problematic odysseys that was leaking and shorting out wiring. Honda knows about it but won’t take responsibility for manufacturing defects. Not the dealership’s fault but still really hard to accept when we couldn’t have prevented this. The real issue was charging $510 for a “leak diagnostic” under the shower head. I understand it is “typically” 3 hours of time to find the leak. But ours was only about an hour. But we were still charged for 3 hours of diagnostics. $510 is unreasonable for the time it took to fix our leak. Feeling extremely ripped off, but cornered. If we didn’t use Honda for the leak, our new wiring won’t be covered if it happens to leaks again. But we could have taken it to any other dealership or shop and paid $175 on average. $510 is unreasonable.
