Service was quicker than expected. Everyone I was in contact with was knowledgeable, professional and willing to answer any questions I had. This was regarding both service personnel and a quick question with a salesperson who gave me lots of information and on pressure at all. WELL DONE ALL AROUND!!

Matt has taken care of me the last several times I have brought my accord in. He and others employees are always friendly and helpful. They even have me shuttled to and from work to make it convenient for me as a customer. Would highly recommend others to bring their vehicles here .

My only question is why the service writer never noticed that my 24 HRV has a recall that needs to be done due to safety concerns with a steering component. I thought it would have came up during the Vin number search of my car . Why not tell me if they have the parts in stock to do it ,or do I need to come back to do it ? I thought it was odd that he never mentioned it during my oil change today . Thanks, Michael M
