Though the service and Safety Recall took longer than I expected, almost 4.5 hours. I was very happy with the amenities available. Lance Burns was very informative and professional and I realize computers are there to make the experience better, however, I for one am not on the information super highway and requested Lance notify me of any recommendations face to face. I’m sure the other service techs within earshot giggled. I’ve never had a need for a computer in my toolboxes!

1) My 29.95 oil change was 72.93, 2) I asked for a body shop estimate, but got none, 3) when I went to change my air filter, found your mechanic had busted one of the screws (I have picture), 4) when I went to change the cabin filter, found your mechanic had not snapped the retainer back on the door (also have picture). Service techs are there to upsell services. My CRV listed oil change, rotation, and rear fluid change - but there was no mention of the last item. I was sent the MP inspection via text msg. It noted the need for both air filter, but the service tech made no mention. I received the text message just as she was coming to get me. Shoddy work all around...
Took too long--made an appointment for a recall check and i waited 2 hours.
