When we bought the vehicle we were told free oil change for life and today we were told if you don't accept all maintenance the car numbers reveal you don't. That's kind of rotten to not make that clear when purchasing. Today's oil change should have been free due to this miscommunication as a jestire of good will.

The experience was very satisfying. My appointment was at 4:00 pm, I actually arrived 30 minutes early. It was a pleasure meeting the greeter, very nice and polite. The waiting area was nice and cozy. The wait wasn’t bad at all.

This has been the best experience in getting my car serviced. Eric was very pleasant and helpful even at the end of the day. He went out of his way to make sure that we got what we needed and he tried to make sure that we understood what needed to be done without pressuring us to get service done that wasn’t necessary.
