Following the service on the drive home, a sensor light came on. I immediately called the service department and was told I would get a call back shortly. After waiting 3 hours I called again and left a VM. Still no response. So as of now I have not had a positive experience.

As usual, we received great service at Fred Anderson Honda. Eric communicates well to us the maintenance needs of our two Honda vehicles. Eric sets the bar high for trust and customer service. Our trust in Eric’s professionalism and customer care makes us confident we’re having good work done on our Hondas by the service professionals. Eric goes the extra mile…always.
