Lance did a wonderful job of answering my questions about my relatively new car. His explanations were very helpful, since I am new to the “hybrid world”. Was not pleased with the attitude of the Associates the problem that I have with my brand new 24 Ridgeline was an air leak that I can hear. They offered me no solution because they said they could not repeat it or replicate it. However, it is there and they offered me no solution simply because they said well we wouldn’t get reimbursed if we did anything like working on the gaskets trying to change the gaskets or something along that line. I waited a little while to respond to this because the associate took my name was going to do some research and it’s been a week and I have not heard anything.
The team did a great job and Matthew kept me informed
