When I came to pick up my truck, I had already paid the bill and it took quite a bit of time for them to verify that I paid. I came on my lunch hour so I was in a hurry. The truck was dirty on the outside when it came back to me.

We were told the appointment would take 2 1/2 hours. Left the vehicle the night before. Got a text message at 7am our car was being checked in. Started calling at 11:30am about picking up the vehicle. Due to a meeting we could not speaker to a service advisor. Called at 12, called at 12:30. Finally received a call at 1:30pm. The car would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrive to pick up the car and unable to located our advisor. Waited 15 minutes to even find him. Never intended to be without a car all day.
Theo did a wonderful job of keeping me informed and because I had to wait a while he checked on me to be sure I was ok. Great customer service.
