Nick was wonderful! Very professional and helpful during the entire process. He answered any questions I had and provided explanations regarding parts, labor, and recommended services for my vehicle. He continued to check on me in the waiting area as he was assisting other customers and addressed me by name which made the experience very personable.

The service has become very pushy and sales driven lately. Before you could come in and get the services you are requesting and leave. There were 4 attempts throughout my service to try and get me to get more work done when I only wanted what I came in for. At the beginning of my service, 2 videos sent during my service and again at the end. Also this is the second time today this request for a review was sent in. Please keep in mind that a lot of us have busy schedules and can't answer the surveys immediately. Sending it once is sufficient. The clerk I had was very polite and provided great customer service. My recommendation is to please do not try pushing people into getting services if they are not ready to obtain them. Also for those of us who have anxiety that can be overwhelming. My past experiences have been great but the last two visits I've had have been overwhelming.

Matthew was awesome to work with! He kept us updated on my Honda pilot . I have 2 kids and a lot on my plate, and even though he reminded me I forgot to get something out of my car I needed. I came back the next day and Matthew graciously went out to my car to get my Harris teeter cupcake receipt I needed to pickup cupcakes while my car was being worked on. We love Honda and are so thankful for you guys .

I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years now, I have been totally satisfied with my service on 2013 Honda Accord. Good avice is always giving and in writing if requested. They have a shuttle if needed to get you home . Your vehicle is parked outside upon service completion; all you have to do is exit properly to Woodruff Rd.
